Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Pain what you could be experiencing at the laparoscopic site could be due to infection or inflammation of the wound underneath. There could be a possibility of collection of pus, which needs to be treated with antibiotics, and possibly might also require surgical drainage. Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management. Hope the information provided helps.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran. S.
