How Can Severe Pain In The Elbow Joints Be Treated?

I have gadolinium retention. Now all of my joints are really hurting. It started with left elbow hurting really bad three weeks ago. Then it spread to my right elbow. It is a lot worse when I am laying down at night. In the mean time my fingers are coming to be dis-jointed at night and the index finger on my left hand is locking in the middle. It acts much like a jackknife and when I straighten it out it locks in place. To get it to curl back up I have to force it closed. It s very painful. Please respond to YYYY@YYYY
