Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The excessive pain even after the fracture has healed can be due to the implants. He needs to get an X-ray done to see if the implants need to be removed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
