How Can Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

I had stageGrade 2 1a IDC in my left breast! 8/23 had double mastectomy with reconstruction! Started anastrozole took for 11 days before side effects made me stop! I have RA also with no flare ups for 2 years! I am now in a lot of pain and my onco refuses to do any type of scanning! Is this normal!
