How Can Severe Swelling On The Left Ankle And Foot Be Treated?

I feel like my knee is out…and it isn t. Now my left ankle and foot are swelling up like crazy. The foot and ankle don t hurt….but they are really swollen I was put on Levofloxacin for a sinus problem and had terrible bone and tendon reactions. Have been off of the med for five days. Was told to stop it. Now this? Any ideas??? YYYY@YYYY

It can be an acute allergic reaction to the drug you have taken. You need to get treated with antihistaminics to subside this allergic reaction and take rest. Cetirizine, Levocetirizine, Chlorpromazine, etcetera will help you. Go to the nearest doctor and get a prescription for this drugs.
