How Can Shortness Of Breath Along With Backache Be Treated?

Hi dr. I have been having some trouble catching my breathe. I have a lot of pain across my upper back. It s been going on for a while , maybe about a month. . Some days are worse than others. I yawn a lot to catch my breathe. It s really bothering me. I ve been seeing a chiropractor for a couple weeks now. It helps a little bit it still comes back. Any suggestions? Should I see my regular dr?
