How Can Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

I have a frayed biceps attachment and am having an arthroscopy in a week. I have used cannabis for shoulder pain unrelieved by nsaids--1 week ago I ingested a small amount to help me sleep. Will it be ok for me to have iv anesthesia for the procedure?

Hello,

There will not be any problem from the IV anaesthesia when there is a period of 7 days so far as cannabis intake is being there.

The final management will be dependent upon the report of arthroscopy showing the extent of internal muscular fibres damage and so forth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
