Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have symptoms of a sore throat along with a cough and laryngitis which are pointing towards upper respiratory tract infection which is leading to inflammation of vocal cards and giving your symptoms. I would suggest you to

- Avoid hot, sharp, spicy food and avoid cold beverages.
- Take throat lozenges.
- Take proper rest and keep your head high while sleeping.
- Take steam inhalation along with vaporizers.
- Start doing warm saline gargles.
- Drink one spoon of honey mix with a glass of lukewarm water.

If symptoms keep on persisting, consult ENT specialist for proper examination. The doctor may order a throat swab test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis and rule out causes. The doctor may prescribe antibacterial medication like Amoxicillin or antiviral Acyclovir depending upon the diagnosis along with anti-inflammatory medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
