How Can Sore Throat And Nose Congestion During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi I am pregnant in my third trimester. I think i have flu because my throat hurts and I feel like I have stuffy nose plus and feel like I have fever. My ESR level 1hr 40 and at 2h it was 76 but Crp was 5. Do I have any autoimmune disease or the results are normal since Im pregnant. Im scared because they told me i might have temporal arteritis and Im only 28

You can take paracetamol for feever that is safe in pregnancy. You can take a iodine spry for sore throat . The ers seems normal for pregnancy.
