ranitidine for the treatment of the
reflux laryngitis and you need not increase it.
I do not know how many dietary and behavioral restrictions you were told, but here are these tips below to help resolve the
sore throat as i believe some dietary or behavioral lapses are responsible for the persistence of the sore throat.
1. Avoid fried and fatty foods, chocolate, peppermint, coffee, alcohol, mustard, ketchup, citrus fruits, and carbonated beverages. As these items may worsen the reflux
2. Eat smaller portions of food and at a slower pace.
3. Do not eat within 3 hours of going to bed.
4. Lose weight if you are
overweight.
5. Elevate the head of the bed when you lie down.
6. Avoid tight clothing
If there is a tip or two in the list you are missing out on, employ it and you would have some relief.
