How Can Sore Throat Be Treated?

My doctor is recommending if the prescription I am no does not get rid of my sore throat that I have had sinve last Feburary that I do a brover(?) study to monitor the type of acid that is causing it. The endoscopy showed I have a small Hiatal Hernia. Bioposity showed pre barriots and pre cancer.
