I m 33 yr old ..i hav several dis bulges in my spine at cervical n very fine at lumber....some docter are saying i hav spine arthritis....i m at great pain...i m taking physiotherapy n homeopathy....whant to know can i hav spine arthritis at an early age....n can high uric acid is d cause...some home remedies to be back with normal life

Yes, high uric acid can cause joint pains in vertebral column. So start febuxostat. This drug will reduce urinary acid levels. Along with febuxostat, avoid proteins from diet. So don't take milk, milk products, pulses, eggs, non vegetarian foods etc. Along with physiotherapy, also start calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements because deficiency of these can also cause similar kind of pain in vertebral column.
