How Can Spinal Stenosis In The Lower Back Be Treated?
I have spinal stenosis in my lower back. The pain is so intense I can not stay on my feet for long. I’m scheduled for an epidural injection next week. I’m hoping it works but if it doesn’t, is there a safe strong pain medicine that will not make me loopy?
If not responded may be need surgery such as: 1. Laminectomy 2. Foraminotomy 3. Laminotomy 4. Interspinous process spacer 5. Microendoscopic decompression
Please consult your neurosurgeon/orthopedician, they will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
