How Can Squint In The Eyes Be Corrected?

Sir i am 42 yrs old female and having 6 and 7 power with 1.25 cylinder power in both eyes respectively. I have developed squit over the years. It becomes visible once a remove my glasses. With glasses it seems ok. My question is ifit is advisable to go for a Lasik surgery. Will my squit go one the eye sight is corrected. Thank you.
