How Can Stomach Hardness With Pain And Bloating Causing Constipation Be Treated?
I had not pooped for 5 days and had stomach pain so I went to my dr she sent me for an xray showing I was backed up so she recommened I buy magnesium citrate and I drank 2 bottles of it and still nothing happened. My stomach is hard and bloated and hurts.

You may be suffering from constipation. If stool is not passed with medicine then need to treat with enemas like proctoglysis enema or soap water enema. Still not passed if stool is impacted then need for mannual removal.
