Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Diarrhea in children is mostly due to rotavirus infection. It is usually self-limiting in 4 to 5 days.

The main concern in Pediatric diarrhea is Dehydration. So, give him plenty of fluids orally.

You can give him Oral rehydration solution (ORS) with zinc tablets, Probiotic drug (Sporolac), Curd and Yogurt.

If vomiting persists or diarrhea is continuing, then better to consult a Pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
