General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic

You have not mentioned age of your childs...

Here first consult nearby physician or pediatrician for examination and further work up

As diarrhea not resolving with use of antibiotic further work up done with USG abdomen and stool examination...

Stool report if shows egg of parasites than treated accordingly like by albendazole or metronidazole according to report.

USG will rule out organic cause if present. .

If still needed stool culture can be done

Maintain their hydration with water and ORS

For vomitting ondensetrone syrup or domperidone can be prescribed

Semisolid meal and fruit can be given.. Don't starvate your child

Take care
