Hi, i am 24 yrs old and i am facing black spots problem and sun tan in front and back neck... i have taken many treatment for sun tan but there is good results i am facing this problem from past 4 yrs , right now i am using calak lotion for dark spots and pimples...please suggest me

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
You can consider laser therapy which has got the best results for this condition.
