How Can Surgical Wound On The Penis Of A Child Be Treated?
Hi my son is 4 and he had a surgery yesterday to open the whole in his penis and the hospital gave me a small catheter to insert in the head of his penis and twist well when I went to do that tonight a scab had covered the whole hole so I had to make him pee to get it open ... Is this normal and what can I do to prevent the scab from voting the whole thing

As per your history is concerned An antibiotic(Soframycin skin ) ointment or petroleum jelly may be applied to the area.If there is an incision, a wound dressing will be present and should be changed each time the diaper is changed and will take 7 days time to completely recover.(thanks)
