How Can Throbbing Pain And Soreness In The Left Testicle Be Treated?

My left testical is throbbing and sore, I can only describe it as a headache in my balls. I don t know what to do, and was hoping for some advice before I go to the clinic or hospital. so I want to get a doctors stand point on if I should seek medical help for my achey sack. thankyou

Thank You for the query at HCM

Pain in the testis requires immediate medical attention.
It could be due to trauma, testicular torsion or infection.
Testicular torsion need to be ruled out because it can cause complications like necrosis of testis. Treatment is with surgery.
Infection requre treatment with antibiotics.
Definite diagnosis requires physical examination and ultrasound of testis.
Follow up with a primary care provider for further management.
