General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
It seems you hhad a trauma to vertebral column.. during the incidence described.
Till you get appointment of an expert...you need to take rest on a stiff bed lying on back. You can fold your knees to attain a comfortable position./ hot or cold pack to sooth the psin can be applied/over the counter anti inflammatory pain medicine can be taken after food.... to manage the acute pain stage.
Consultation of an orthopedic surgeon &needful imaging investigations done the earliest....& get
Expert advise to manage the harm done specifically.
Thanks.
