How Can Vaginitis Be Treated?

I have noticed a milky white discharge about six months ago. Went to my obgyn was tested for everything. Results came back as vaginitis. I took the antibiotics it cleared up and was back two weeks later. Took the second round of antibiotics and the same thing happened. What should I do?
