How Can Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever And Upper Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
my three year old started vomiting and has had diarrhea and fever for seven days. He refuses to eat but we are keeping him hydrated. he is also complaining of upper abdominal pain. His vomiting and stool is green. I am told it is a virus and there is nothing we can do but wait it out. But I am terrified that it has gone on this long. What could possibly be the cause?

Give him a plenty of water
Offer in ORS
Coconut water will also help
Give him rice porridge
Give him good bacteria like enterogermina. You can give 2 tubes a day. It will help in speedy recovery
Give him curd inn breakfast and lucnh
Don't force him to eat.
Give him moong pulse water
