my question about periventricular & sub cortical ischemia in 80 years old patient that have hemiplegia with some motion of hand and leg flaccid motion and right face plegia for this ischemic changes in right side how can be return my father function regardless of heparin 5000 unit iv bolus and clopidegrol (plavix) and bd dexa with 4mg dosesfor better followup I am a phd nurse . ali reza mansourzadeh from tehran iran
