How Can We Return My Father Function Regardless Of Heparin 5000 Unit Iv Bolus And Clopidegrol?

my question about periventricular & sub cortical ischemia in 80 years old patient that have hemiplegia with some motion of hand and leg flaccid motion and right face plegia for this ischemic changes in right side how can be return my father function regardless of heparin 5000 unit iv bolus and clopidegrol (plavix) and bd dexa with 4mg dosesfor better followup I am a phd nurse .

I understand your concerns. Your question regarding an end-stage cardiovascular disease is quite concerning. The patient may need palliative care if the condition cannot be treated with the help of medications due to the risk of side effects. I also believe that you may need to consult a local doctor to make sure that everything is okay with regards to his cardiovascular parameters and continue to do physiotherapy both in the clinic and at home to get the maximum benefit. I believe that there is a small chance of recovery, however you might have to be prepared for the worst since the condition is prolonged and is taking a toll on you, the caregiver as well.
