General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,
Thankyou for your question.

You need to strengthen the muscles of the left side and for this, there are many exercises that can help, but this will take a lot of time and you need to have the good energy for it. Sometimes, the alone exercisin becomes boring, and group therapy is also a very good option. Otherwise a personal Physiotherapist can help as well, starting from some hours a week till many hours per day.

Swimming, or exercises in pool are very helpful also.

I do advice that you register yourself on one of the two options that I mentioned above with a local Physiotherapist.

A diet full of proteins is recommended altogether.

Hope this helped,

Best Regards,
Dr. Eni Manoku
