Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My father has weeping leg syndrome. He has seen many different doctors and no one is trying to cure the problem. The doctor he is seeing now is recommending him to go to a womb specialist. I believe weeping leg syndrome is a vascular problem, can you suggest what I should do to help him with his issue?
Thanks for using HealthcareMagic
The doctor is suggesting a wound specialist or infection specialist to help with any infection that may be present.
Discharge from the legs can be related to infection but can also be due to heart disease or liver or kidney disease.
A disorder of the lymph system can also be an issue.
The wound or infection control specialist is a good start.
I hope this helps
Regards
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
