How Could Rashes On Body And White Coat On Tongue Be Dealt With?

Hi. I have a white coating on my tongue and an itchy rash all over my body. It started as bumps and turned to crusty flat red places. It s not going away. I have been taking predinsone. I have had this for about a month now. It is more sensitive to heat. Help!
