How Dangerous Is A Silent Heart Attack?

Husband had Silent heart attack, surgeon who did the cath said 10+years ago, cardiologist said 1-2 years and the surgeon who implanted the AICD wasn t sure. EF is 10-15% after 7 weeks of meds, implant done 7/7, found rbbb and heart more damaged than thought. Now he is on all the heart meds, low salt diet even though all blood tests have been good that we are aware of. Now gout from the lassik but overall he feels really good.

I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem. This is indeed a critical situation, it's good that he is stable on medication but his heart is almost at lowest functional limit, he has to take very very strict care of like everything lifestyle, medication food everything, as one thing unwanted can make things hard for him.

He will have to take medication throughout his life, even one dose of a vital med if missed can cause problems. And infection can put him to de compensation, take real good care, get educated about his problem make him educated read reliable books and reliable material about his problem this will help.
