I've 2 question I would like to ask, 1- Is there any way to boost the growth hormone in the body, and if so what are the best ways to do it? 2- I'm 24 years old, 5'5 ft. I've small hands and feet for a 24 years old man. Is there any reasons behind that, and is there any solution?

How Do I Increase My Growth Hormone Levels?
Hi, 1. Nutrient diet, thyroid hormones, insulin etc can boost the growth hormone level in body. But that wont improve your height at this age 2. The short limbs are usually geniticaly determined, that means it is due to some change in your chromosomes. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. With warm regards, Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM) Consultant Endocrinologist.
