How Do Abortion Pills Work?

I went to a doctor to have an abortion he gave me 3 pills two he inserted vaginally and one he told me to swallow right away. I have had cramps similar to period cramps but not really more intense, nausea and chills.
The one he gave me to take orally was cytotec but the other two I did not see what they were.
After 24 hours I have had slight bleeding only like two lines on the pad.
I am afraid that the abortion did not work.
Any idea what is wrong?

There is no medicine available that could abort the pregnancy for sure, but this may cause great danger, surgical intervention is the only option you have for this, but abortion is not good idea because this could be highly risky some time may cause life, such medicine is not at all good for health, better to see the gynecologist now, hope this information helps, take care.
