How Does Sildenafil Effervescent Intake Help In Pregnancy?
Hi, im 22 weeks pregnant..last week i had my uterine artery doppler..dr.said the growth of the foetus seems to b less than required n reports show tht right artery has notches n decreased flow...dr. has prescribed me aspirin n sildenafil effervescent tabs ... can u plz tell me the uses of this medicine in my condition?

Sildenafil is a dilator of blood vessels and thus increase the blood flow and thus growth will increase.
As print will clear any debris if present in blood vessels and thus increase blood flow again.
