Is there any further digestion process at this point? What is the process that happens in the kidneys to end as urine being excreted?

Blood when travels through the renal arteries into the kidney gets filtered by numerous filter like structure knows GLOMERULI. The fluid which comes on the other side of the filter contains lot of waste products such as urea.
