Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation And Crohn's Disease

hi,my mam cronic constipation and she also has crohn's disiese and it has spread into her back and she has it in her terminal ileum and her gastrentoligist has sent her to a sergion and he wants to take her large and small bowel out and she cant cope with the operation and she has a mental disorder so it makes it twice as hard for her and she is wondering if there is anything she could do to get rid of the constipation because she is desperate and there is no one to tell the doctors that she cant go through with the operation as im her only family and doctors wont listen to me
