Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have a chronic constipation and thus getting a Barium enema was a correct step. It is showing almost all the normal and thus need not worry for colon cancer, stricture or so which is one of the causes of constipation. Hence, you have to follow the proper management of chronic constipation:
Take a stool softener.
Also take a laxative. A combination of both helps to relieve constipation.
Also avoid all the foods and beverages that cause constipation.
Take plenty of oral fluids along with high fiber diet.
Control of stress and anxiety helps, if the constipation is due to IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
