How Effective If Multiload Copper 375 As Birth Control?

Hi iam 22 yearold. My weight is 60kg and height is 5'6''. I have a little baby of 9 months. I don't have any medical history and i had abrtion last month on 27th of june. I had put multiload copper 375 as contaceptive method. How effective it is because i feel back pain,irritation from some smells and indigestion? Can i get pregenent again. When i can expect my periods will back with it. I am very confusesed and tensed. Please answer. Thanks. Preet from New Zealand.

Copper T contraceptive is very efficient one. Chances of pregnancy with Copper T very negligible. Keep checking for thread ends for its presence. Back pain and little discomfort are common side effects after its insertion for 2- 3 months. Even during periods amount of flow also varies for first few months, nothing to worry.
