Hello,

Taking Glucon D after workouts is not much of help but it can freshen you up. Take caffeine, it aids muscle recovery by refueling your depleted glycogen stores. It repairs your muscle proteins after your workouts. Taking caffeine after workouts will reduce muscle protein breakdown and improve muscle protein synthesis. You can take eggs, fruits, salads, cottage cheese, cereals in small portion.

Taking home made energy drinks are the best like cherry-lemonade drink, coconut drinks, green tea, orange- pomegranate energizer, apple- banana juice, grape juice, etc. Other food that you can take are celery, kale, oatmeal, spaghetti squash, quinoa, almonds, pistachios, sweet potato (1 piece), dark chocolate, sesame seeds, berries, beans, lentils, black coffee, water melon, etc.

Stay away from addictions if any. As you continue to lose weight, take care that you are taking healthy, balanced nutritious food, make sure that you are not getting weak and have enough energy to carry our your daily schedules.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

The product Glucon-C is basically contains 1000 mg amla (Indian gooseberry) extract along with Zinc. It is supposed to help improving immunity. There is no immediate energy giving ingredient in it. Therefore, if you want to get immediate replenishment may consider various protein shakes available, which have mainly protein and very little carbs or fats, so do help in weight reduction.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
