Your findings suggest changes of sinusitis and deviated nasal septum. CT scan of PNS should be done for further assessment of sinuses. This condition can be managed by both means conservatively and surgically depending upon findings. You may need surgical correction of deviated nasal septum by septoplasty. Conservative treatment consists of antibiotics, antihistaminics, steriod spray and decongestants. You should also avoid allergen if you have allergy.
