How Is My Skin Condition With Giant Cell Granuloma?

Hi! I d like your opinion on my skin condition. I have biopsy-proven annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma. This has been treated for about a year off and on with steroidal and nonsteroidal creams and ointments with no improvement. I read a comment online from someone who also has this, was tried on the same treatments, was told to try a gluten-free diet and within a couple months was free of these lesions. I continued my dermatologist s treatment recommendations but still had no change. I decided to try going gluten-free (more difficult than I thought, but I ve done it) and three weeks later my red lesions are now light brown and appear to be well on the way to disappearing. Could AEGCG be caused by the body s sudden inability to tolerate gluten/wheat products?
