How is the best way to work out stiffness and soreness after knee replacement? I have all my flexibility it is very good. I just want to know the best and safe way way to work out the stiffness. Surgery wasnOct 14 the 2013. YYYY@YYYY
After knee replacement, you have not inform both the knee or one knee operated. For recovery from stiffness and soreness physiotherapy is the best way for recovery. Walking is the next thing to be regularly done. It takes 2 to 3 months and some time more. With another MRI the surgeon who operated can be consulted.
