How Long Suboxone Remains In The Body?
can you please tell me how long Suboxone remains in the system? I am a counselor and one of my clients has tested possitive for Suboxone today and states that she used her last Suboxone ( illegally purchased) on Friday which would be 6 days ago.

Suboxone is a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone. Generally, buprenorphine and its metaboloite, nor-buprenorphine can be detected in urine for upto 3-4 days after last intake. However, depending on the test kit used, it can also be detected upto 7 days after last intake. The best way to confirm is to repeat the test after a coupe of days.
