How Long After A Cystoscopy Can One Have Intercourse?
hi, I just want to know how long do you need to wait to have sexual intercourse after a cystoscope procedure? the doctor prescribed 10 days of antibiotics that I have to complete. So does that means I have to wait 10 days before I can have sexual intercourse or longer ?

There is no rule as such for abstinence after cystoscopy. You can participate in sexual intercourse as soon as you think that you are ready.
Considering the fact that risk of infections will be high for first 2 days due to procedure, some authorities recommends sexual intercourse after the initial 48 hours.
