How long after taking Monistat 1 do you have to wait before taking a bath? I had a yeast infection that I tried to cure at home, and caused myself more harm than good.

I read about using white wine vinegar to balance out the PH in the vagina, but I gave myself some pretty bad chemical burns! I was still having irritation from the yeast infection, so I used Monistat 1 this morning at 9am.(everything seemed to really calm down) It is currently 7:30pm and I’m starting to have pain from the burns. Ide love to sit in warm water, but not sure if 1) that is bad for the burns, and 2) if that will harm the Monistat treatment. I made an appointment with my gyno but can’t get in until 3:00pm tomorrow
