Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Singulair can be given for longer duration like 3 months to 1 year depending on the frequency of child symptoms and their effective control.

Continue the medication as per your pediatrician advise and be in regular follow up for the assessment in the improvement of children symptoms and in planning the decrease of medication gradually.

Drugs can be increased or decreased depending on the control of child symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
