How Long Can Crystal Meth Be Detected In A Urine Drug Screen ?

My son came clean to my husband and I and told us he smoked crystal meth, but only smoked 1/10's of a gram. I was wondering how long it can be detected in a urine drug screen, because he is randomly drug teted where he works. He said this was the one and only time he did this drug.

rule of thumb is 5 to seven days for detection of a lot of drugs including that. And there are a lot of other medicines that can show up as methamphetamine that are not abused drugs (asthma medicines and decongestants and abilify).
