How Long Can Patient With Congestive Heart Failure And COPD Continue Dialysis Twice Weekly?

My mother is 81 years old with diaylisis 3 x weekly. She refuses to go 3x and ends up in the hospital at least once a month. She also has congestive heart failure and COPD. She refuses to change her diet. How long can she continue with 2x weekly. She has been advised by her doctors and everyone else.

CHF and COPD has no indications for dialysis.
She might be having Chronic Kidney disease.
I need to know about her complete history in order to help you better.

I would suggest you to get her Hemodialysis 3/week.

On lesser then that, she would develop breathlessness.

Maintain her Blood pressure to normal and also her Hemoglobin between10-11g/gl.
Give her complete history and share her all reports.
