How Long Could It Take To Recover From Medically Induced Coma?

My cousin motor bike accident case, was medically induced coma on Thursday. Today Sunday morning they started to wean him off the coma. They have been trying to wake him up every 4 hrs for couple mins. How long I should expect him to take to come out of this medically induced coma ? When should I start to worr?

It may take a couple of days for him to wake up from an induced coma. Anyway, the recovery may take up to months, depending on his brain damage.
