How Long Do Multivitamins Take To Be Completely Out Of The System?
For a couple of days I took my Centrum vitamins and a Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins and realized I shouldn t be taking them both at the same time because it s too much of the same vitamins. I m not having any symptons of an overdose, but I m wondering if I may have caused any damage and don t know it and how long should I wait to let this get out of my system before I start taking my vitamins again?

Using the combination once would not have caused any problems but it should not be repeated.
Complications would occur if persisting higher doses were used.
You can restart your normal daily vitamins after a 24 hour break, this should be fine.
