How Long Does Cotinine Remain In The System For Urine Test?
I smoked a pack a day for 10 years but quit 12 days ago. I bought at home urine tests for cotinine but still showing positive; I read cotinine should be out of system in 3-10 days. What can I do to flush it out? I have a test in 4 days plus I want to be healthy again

Generally, nicotine leaves your blood 1-3 days after you stop using tobacco, and cotinine will be gone after 1-10 days. Neither will show up in your urine after 3-4 days.
