How Long Does Pantop Take To Treat Chicken Pox And Fever?
hello doctor, i am 34 yr old male having been infected with chicken pox. I have severe stomach ache and fever, the fever is getting better but the stomach ache is still persistent. I had been prescribed ibugesic plus which i had taken twice daily for the past two days. Today was stated on pantop 40... just wanted to know how long does it take for the pantop to take effect.. or should i go to the hospital.. just wary of going to public places with this sort of contagious infection....plz advise
hi, chicken pox is self curable viral infection which persists for a week, if your fever has come down then you may feel better in another 2 to 3 days, the pantop is for the stomach ache which you are suffering from, its not an antibiotic to treat the infection. kindy consult your physician immediately if you get following symptoms 1) constant vomiting or blurred vision 2) if your lesions get bigger and become sores. 3)if you feel difficulty in breathing. don't worry have lot of fluids in your diet, you will be better soon take care.
