How Long Does Bruised Thigh Caused By An Injury Take To Heal?

My right quaricep/ thigh got hit by my surfboard a week and a half ago. I ve iced it and put Arnica gel to reduce the Bruising. I ve got great mobility now after a week and a half. Theres still some deep tissue bruising i hope but i feels like it s more than that. Will this injury take more time to heal?

it depend depth of injury, normally it heals within 10-15 days. you take rhus tox 30 in gloubles.4pills thrice daily for 7 days
